Ancient Agora
The remains of the Ancient Agora, the center of commercial, political, administrative, and social activity, is presented to visitors in its true scale and beauty, along with what is left of buildings from the ancient period.
Roman Agora
During the Roman rule in the first century BC, Athens’s Administrative and Trade Center was relocated to Roman Agora and the Library of Hadrian. Without any religious, political, or social activities, the Roman Agora was the first form of a market center, as we know it today.
