Have a question? We have the answers!

Visit the Play store (Android) or App store (IOS), search for Cultural Places and install it same as any other app

Use “email sign up” and follow the steps, to create an account within the app

Use Facebook login (this will automatically create an account within the app using your Facebook info)

Use Google login (this will automatically create an account within the app using your Google info)

Go to Profile, click the little cog in the upper, right-hand corner and edit the language

Open up the place (e.g. Stephansdom

At the bottom, click on “Download audio guide”

Click on “Offline” switcher to start the download

If logged in, go to profile page and click the “audio guides”

If not logged in, use the search to find the place and go to “Download audio guide”, offline switcher will be highlighted, marking the content that was downloaded

No, content can still be downloaded

Yes, if no connection, application will prompt you to enter the offline mode where all of your downloaded content is saved

No, code can be used to unlock and download the content only while in the range of Cultural Places wifi

Make sure your bluetooth and GPS location are turned on

Access the content via “Download audio guide”

Start your media guide

Click the “List” button

Choose “Nearby” tab to discover all objects in close proximity

Make sure your GPS location is turned on

Access the content via “Download audio guide”

Start your tour and follow the direction indicator to visit tour points
